Will the pieces I order look exactly as pictured?
No. The natural beauty of gemstones is in that they are all a little different. Each piece is unique.
Can I wear this jewelry anywhere?
While this jewelry is very versatile and is good for many different occasions, it should not be worn in water.
As well, be mindful that chemicals such as hair spray and perfume can change the finish on the gemstone and metal pieces, as can the acidity of your skin.
What is the best technique when separating the magnetic clasps?
You must NOT pull the magnets apart by the strands of the piece. Grip the magnetic clasp and either slide or bend. DON'T PULL.
The magnets are very strong, which they need to be to hold the piece, but the wire/chain can only withstand so much pressure and it will break.
Can I wear this jewelry if I have a pacemaker?
No, the magnets could interfere with a pacemaker. However, there are no magnets on the earrings, so you may wear them.
How should I store my Connections Jewelry?
Storing each piece in its own container or hanging it up are the two best options. Remember to consider moisture, UV and chemical exposure.
